Wise Avenue Crab house was founded 9 years ago by Capt. Earl Sullivan. In remembrance of his passing 2 years ago, Stacy has dedicated the refreshed new look of the crab house to him. Capt. Earl's picture hangs on the wall at the store in remembrance of his dedication and hard work. We know he is smiling down on us and proud that we can carry on his tradition to the customer.

Stacy Casey spent her summers as a young girl at her family's seafood company on the eastern shore learning all about the crabbers and how to get that perfect crab and soft crab for the consumer to enjoy. She would spend most of her days picking through sloughing tanks just to later clean them up and ship them out. She is no stranger to the hard work it takes in finding that perfect heavy crab.

Stacy wants to share the "Taste of Maryland" with everyone and make it a family tradition all can remember...just the way Capt. Earl would want it.
